Description

This position is needed to provide timely and efficient responses to customers through the Managed Charging and Connected Solutions email inboxes, and provide general program/inquiry tracking and analysis, and program communication support.

This position is responsible for responding to customer inquiries, ensuring professional and timely responses, tracking response status, coordinating with more senior staff and other parties to resolve questions when necessary, and preparing and maintaining analysis spreadsheets.

Provide general support on program implementation and marketing/communications.

The position will be expected to learn and stay up to date on program rules and processes, background orders and business rules/standard operating procedures.

Will be sitting with team in office

Knowledge/Skills:

Basic problem-solving skills, customer service and attention-to-detail.

Working knowledge of standard office computer software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's Degree is required

0-3 years related experience required.

Open to college grads (preferably with internship experience)
