About the position

ZenithMarketing, LLC is a fast-growing marketing company that has been serving the Maryland and Delaware area since 2021. We are currently seeking a full-time Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the entire state of Delaware. This position is ideal for an ambitious individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while working in collaboration with supportive and knowledgeable professionals. As an energy consultant, you can expect a team-oriented environment focused on helping small business owners receive state-approved energy savings every month for up to 20 years. The Outside Sales Representative position is responsible for proactively identifying and cultivating new prospects while nurturing existing customer relationships to promote and sell company products. This role requires routinely engaging with prospects and customers in person in a geographic sales territory, often visiting their business locations and off-site sites, to drive sales and provide exceptional service. This position requires frequent daily travel, including overnight travel. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential for this role. The essential functions include, but are not limited to, consistently achieving or surpassing assigned company annual sales and margin goals, ensuring robust performance. The representative will maintain and nurture existing accounts while actively targeting new customer opportunities, playing a pivotal role in promoting overall branch growth by adhering to established sales strategies. Additionally, maintaining accurate customer records and regularly updating reporting data is crucial to ensure the integrity of information. The role also involves cultivating and maintaining strong working relationships with key vendors, fostering valuable partnerships, and conducting 10-15 appointments each week. Experience with B2B sales is a huge plus, and promoting solar sales and other energy-efficient solutions to meet customer needs is a key aspect of the job.
