Cambridge Energy Solutions is seeking full-time/part-time Energy Campaign Managers in Columbus, OH. Job Description:
● Business to business energy brokerage campaigns
● Effectively communicate the details and benefits of our products and services to our
customers
● Educate customers on renewable energy
● Manage and engage in Direct Sales campaigns
● Oversee compliance issues
● Provide support via phone to our customers
● Conduct sales associates training
● Lead outreach and recruitment campaigns

Requirements :
● NO prior experience in sales required (Entry Level)
● Exceptional public speaking and interpersonal skills
● Self-disciplined and strong work ethic
● Be a team player as well as an independent worker
● Ability to multitask
● Strong leadership skills
● Eager to-learn mentality
● Must be solution-oriented and willing to grow at a fast pace within the company

Compensation:
Salary: $12-15/hr + Commission
