This role is ideal for candidates with 0-5 years of experience in mineral title and property law within the energy sector. The position offers flexibility with multiple office locations and potential remote work arrangements. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal research, writing, and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with clients and legal teams.

Location:
• Morgantown, WV

Duties:
• Conduct legal research and analysis on energy and mineral title law.
• Draft, review, and analyze title opinions, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Provide counsel to clients on property and mineral title issues.
• Collaborate with clients and legal teams to develop legal strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant federal, state, and local laws.
• Represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings as needed.

Requirements:
• 0-5 years of experience in energy law, mineral title law, or property law.
• Strong academic record and demonstrated analytical skills.
• Excellent writing, research, and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple assignments.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.

Education:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Skills:
• Proficiency in legal drafting, contract analysis, and title examination.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
