We are currently seeking for a Energy and Sustainability Manager in the location Riverside, CA (Hybrid) for a Full-time position

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in HVAC design and energy modeling to support sustainable and code-compliant building projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Title 24, CALGreen, LEED, and ASHRAE standards and be capable of contributing to high-performance building designs.

Key Responsibilities

Design and support HVAC systems for commercial or residential projectsEnsure compliance with Title 24, CALGreen, LEED, and ASHRAE standardsPerform energy modeling using tools such as eQuest, EnergyPlus, IESVE, and Cove.toolAnalyze building performance and provide recommendations for energy efficiency improvementsCollaborate with MEP and project teams to deliver sustainable design solutionsSupport documentation for energy compliance and green building certifications

Required Qualifications

Experience in HVAC system designKnowledge of Title 24, CALGreen, LEED, and ASHRAE standardsExperience with energy modeling tools (eQuest, EnergyPlus, IESVE, Cove.tool)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsBachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred)
