Energy Analyst and Program Developer

Georgia System Operations Corporation is seeking an Energy Analyst and Program Developer in Tucker, GA. The role involves designing and developing VBA applications to automate tasks, debugging issues, and collaborating with teams to implement business process automation tools. Responsibilities include documenting procedures, conducting user training, and staying updated with industry trends. · Design, develop, enhance, and test VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) applications and tools to automate tasks and improve efficiency.

· Convert complex manual data manipulation into automated VBA (or other) driven solutions.

· Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve VBA programming issues for functional and efficiency needs.

· Analyze and understand the business processes and requirements to develop effective and efficient solutions.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new business process automation tools.

· Document programming tasks and procedures for future reference.

· Conduct end-user training on new applications and provide ongoing support.

· Work closely with other team members to optimize and integrate applications with other systems.

· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure applications are current and efficient.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
