Job Description

Allstate is seeking an Employee Engagement Ops Coordinator in Tijuana, Mexico. This role involves planning and executing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture. Responsibilities include analyzing engagement activity data, managing budgets, promoting teamwork, and negotiating with suppliers. A high school diploma is required, with 0-2 years of experience preferred. The position is full-time and emphasizes collaboration and inclusivity within the company.

Job Description
The Ops Coordinator supports a cohesive culture and coordinates most employee engagement initiatives virtually and in person to promote a positive work environment. This role is intended to understand the employee perspective with the goal of driving employee engagement, morale, and building culture

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execution of monthly engagement activities

• Collecting and analyzing data on the success of each activity

• Coordinate budget and services within company policy

• Promotes teamwork through consistency, reliability, and group cohesiveness

• Creation and development of events, the ability to think imaginatively, strategically and practically. Devising new ways to carry out tasks, solve problems, and meet challenges

• Negotiate procurement with contractors and suppliers

Education

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Experience

• 0-2 years experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
