Job Description
Cigna is seeking an Emergency Assistance Coordinator in Bengaluru, India, to manage and deliver emergency assistance services to members. The role requires strong organizational and customer service skills, empathy, and the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders. Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, maintaining records, and collaborating with teams to improve services. This is a full-time position with a salary range of ₹300K–₹700K per year.

Coordinate and manage emergency assistance services for Cigna members in a timely and efficient manner.
Respond to emergency situations with empathy and compassion, providing support and guidance to members in need.
Act as a liaison between members and emergency service providers, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple emergency assistance cases simultaneously.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all emergency assistance activities and outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of emergency assistance services.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends related to emergency response and customer service.
Provide excellent customer service through active listening, problem-solving, and timely resolution of member inquiries and concerns.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines, in the delivery of emergency assistance services.
Continuously evaluate and improve emergency assistance processes and procedures to better serve our members.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to emergency response and customer service.
Represent Cigna in a professional and positive manner when interacting with members, partners, and other stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all emergency assistance tasks and responsibilities are completed accurately and efficiently.
Serve as a resource and mentor to new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to support their success in the role.
