Electronic Technician

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is hiring an Electromechanical Technician in Fostoria, OH for a day shift position. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, analyzing machine downtime, coordinating repairs, and ensuring the availability of replacement parts. Candidates should have electrical and mechanical experience, PLC troubleshooting skills, and effective communication abilities. This is a full-time position with 12-hour shifts on a 223 schedule.
Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking an Electromechanical Technician for a global leading company near Fostoria, OH. This is a day shift position, 12 hours shifts on a 223 schedule with a great company!
• Ensure all equipment and tools are maintained properly to avoid interruption of production and to minimize unnecessary downtime.
• Analyze machine downtime to identify and correct mechanical problems.
• Maintain maintenance-related records
• Read, perform, and write work orders
• Coordinate with outside contractors on equipment repairs as needed
• Contribute to ongoing improvements
• Ensure the availability of replacement parts for key manufacturing equipment to minimize unnecessary machine downtime.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience
• Experience with electrical and mechanical
• PLC Troubleshooting experience is a must (Siemens experience is a plus)
• Effective communication skills
• Experience with heavy machinery a plus
