NV Energy is seeking a journeyman Electrician for facilities maintenance in Reno, NV. Responsibilities include testing, repairing, and installing electrical equipment, inspecting contract electricians' work, and advising personnel on electrical issues. Responsibilities

7338 ELECTRICIAN, FACILITIES

A journeyman Electrician that must have a current journeyman card will be engaged in building maintenance testing, repairing, maintaining and installing all types of electrical equipment in Company buildings. Must have extensive direct experience of versa-trak systems, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, building management/electrical systems, lighting systems, fire alarm and security systems. Will be required to inspect work of contract electricians. Will be required to instruct or advice operating personnel on problems relating to electrical equipment. Will assist other department classifications as needed with general labor needs. Must operate a variety of Company vehicles and equipment.
