Electrical Technician

Chroma Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Electrical Technician in Warrington for a leading Oil & Gas engineering company. The role involves assembling, testing, and installing electrical equipment, with some customer site visits. Ideal candidates should have hands-on electrical engineering skills and experience with various systems. Benefits include 25 days holiday, increased leave with service, and various perks. A leading Engineering business in the Oil & Gas sector are looking for an Electrical Technician to join their team in Warrington.

The successful Electrical Technician will be very practical and able to assemble, test, calibrate and install a wide range of electrical equipment, record their findings accurately and occasional visits to customer sites for product demonstrations.

The ideal candidate will be an Electrical Engineer with excellent hands-on skills. You will work in a small and tight knit team and have plenty of scope to grow and take on more responsibility. This could be additional duties, product development or travel opportunities for the right candidate.

Electrical Technician requirements:
• Apprentice trained / time-served Electrical Engineer (or similar)
• Precision Electrical assembly
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings & Schematics
• Experience with pressure systems & pipes / fittings
• Experience with 240v or low voltage electrical systems
• Panel building & PID experience
