We’re looking for a Staff Electrical Engineer to lead the design, testing, and deployment of electrical systems for cutting-edge renewable energy projects. If you're a hands-on, engineer with experience in MV systems, motors, sensors, and control gear — let’s talk.

Reporting directly to the VP, you’d step in as the most senior member of a small but growing team (currently 7 Electrical Engineers). In this role, you’ll lead medium and low voltage system design, sensor integration, and safety-critical electrical systems that directly support decarbonizing industrial heat at scale.

What You Will Bring:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in MV electrical engineering
• Low, medium or high voltage experience considered
• Experience with different types of sensors
• Expertise in working with different types of motors, actuators, and VFDs
• Understanding of MV transformers and their integration into electrical systems
