Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer (Solar) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the solar renewable energy sector, with expertise in design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power plants.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and Engineering: Develop electrical system designs for solar PV projects, including single-line diagrams (SLD), load flow analysis, and protection schemes.
Project Execution: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar power systems.
Site Inspection: Conduct site visits for feasibility analysis, load assessment, and system performance evaluation.
Technical Compliance: Ensure compliance with IS/IEC standards, DISCOM requirements, and safety guidelines.
Coordination: Work with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
O&M Support: Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in operational solar plants.
Documentation: Prepare technical reports, BOQs, and project documentation.

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in solar power plant projects.

Strong knowledge of solar PV system design, electrical calculations, and grid integration.

Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, PVsyst, ETAP, and MS Office.

Understanding of electrical safety standards and local regulations.
