Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electric vehicles to ensure their optimal performance and safety.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with electric vehicle components, including batteries, motors, and charging systems.
Utilize technical manuals and diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve complex electrical and mechanical problems.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in electric vehicle technology and incorporate them into repair and maintenance processes.
Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to develop and implement new procedures and improvements for electric vehicles.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working with high-voltage systems.
Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repairs performed on electric vehicles.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on progress and any potential issues.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from electric vehicle owners.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
