Perform maintenance and repairs on electric vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with electric vehicles.
Install and test new electric vehicle components, such as batteries, motors, and charging systems.
Keep up-to-date with advancements in electric vehicle technology and attend training as needed.
Create and maintain accurate records of all work performed on electric vehicles.
Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed while working on electric vehicles.
Collaborate with other team members to identify and solve complex electric vehicle issues.
Communicate effectively with customers to provide information and updates on electric vehicle repairs.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to company cleanliness standards.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Share knowledge and expertise with other technicians to improve overall team performance.
Participate in special projects and initiatives related to electric vehicles, as needed.
Keep track of inventory and order necessary parts and supplies for electric vehicle repairs.
Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations related to electric vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
