Job Description
Toyota is seeking an Electric Vehicle Technician in Georgetown, KY, to perform maintenance and repairs on electric vehicles, diagnose issues, and enhance repair processes. The role involves collaboration with other technicians, maintaining repair records, and providing excellent customer service. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on electric vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues with electric vehicle components and systems.
Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and technology updates in electric vehicles.
Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to develop and implement new processes and procedures for electric vehicle repairs.
Continuously improve repair techniques and processes to increase efficiency and reduce repair time.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed on electric vehicles.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on electric vehicles.
Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and provide recommendations for optimal vehicle performance.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of necessary parts and equipment for electric vehicle repairs.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in electric vehicle technology.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards customers and colleagues.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
Follow company policies and procedures related to electric vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Adhere to quality standards and ensure all repairs are completed to the highest level of quality.
