Rehlko is seeking an EHS Specialist for a hybrid role based in Glendale, WI, involving 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. The specialist will support EHS initiatives, manage data and reporting, and ensure compliance with regulations. As a part of Rehlko’s corporate Environment, Health, Safety (EHS) and Facilities team, the EHS Specialist is an integral member who supports the Company’s EHS and Facilities strategy and initiatives by enabling a culture of data-driven decision making, system-supported problem solving, and predictive analyses. This position will report directly to Rehlko’s Senior Director - EHS & Facilities.
The Specialist supports the EHS & Facilities function through internal and external reporting, data and project management and process improvement, while assisting the team with subject matter expertise and training on our EHS Management Information System (Gensuite platform). They will also provide EHS support to our headquarters office in Glendale WI; and will also coordinate Rehlko’s Fleet Management program.
Specific Responsibilities
EHS – Data Management
• System liaison for the Gensuite platform including injury/illness, environmental metrics, event management, training, users and budget.
• Develop dashboards and reports to identify trends in leading and lagging performance to influence decision making.
• Complete monthly data reviews to identify potential errors and to drive increased awareness and accountability.
• Responds to ad-hoc EHS and sustainability data requests.
• Manage configuration and content of the EHS SharePoint site and Teams channels.
• Participate on EHS audits, inspections, kaizen events and treasure hunts focused on savings and continuous improvements, regulatory compliance and company requirements.
• Provide technical support and coordination of other EHS activities and programs, as assigned.
EHS – Glendale WI Site
• Serve as the EHS contact for the Glendale HQ location. Ensure compliance with all relevant EHS regulations and company requirements.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans and leads drills to ensure preparedness.
• Complete ergonomic evaluations of workstations, as requested.
• Provide EHS training to employees (both onsite and remote) and contractors.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning to prevent future incidents.
Facilities
• Support and coordinate Facilities-related activities and programs, as assigned.
• Assignments may include Rehlko’s fleet program, real estate, security, custodial, building maintenance, etc.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, occupational safety, data analytics or other related field required.
• Experience with facilities management, real estate and fleet vehicle practices, a plus.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant EHS experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficient in Excel with intermediate or advanced skills in pivot tables and writing formulas.
• Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or other dashboard-building software.
• Demonstrates attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze and present data in a logical, concise manner.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional organization, time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Up to 10% travel expected.

The Salary range for this position is $ 69,800.00 - 87,950.00 .The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
