• Strong knowledge of local and OSHA requirements.
• Construction industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, safety, environmental discipline or related field.
• Able to work onsite full-time in Carson, CA.

Pluses (Not Required)
• Certification as a Safety Professional (CSP)
• Manufacturing or Heavy Machinery experience (docking, mining, rigging)

What You Will Be Doing

We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead our environmental health and safety initiatives across our construction projects. The EHS Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing policies and procedures that ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and promote a safe working environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive environmental health and safety programs that comply with OSHA regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Provide training and support to employees on safety practices and emergency procedures.
• Collaborate with project managers to assess and mitigate risks on construction sites.
• Maintain accurate records of safety incidents and prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to environmental health and safety.

Must-Have Skills
