EHS - Engineer / Senior Engineer

Envision Energy is hiring an EHS Engineer/Senior Engineer with 5-8 years of experience for various project sites across India. The role involves leading EHS practices, conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and training stakeholders. Responsibilities include implementing EHS guidelines, monitoring systems, and reporting. The position is full-time and requires on-site presence at different locations in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Maharashtra.
Job Title – EHS - Engineer / Senior Engineer

Experience – 5-8 Years

Location – Various Project Sites across India (in Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Gujarat, MP, Maharastra)

Job Purpose - Leading the implementation of EHS practices and requirements at construction site, & exiting sites. Key focus area is risk assessment, implementation of Envision QHSE guidelines, customer EHS requirements and Global standard requirements.

Reporting – EHS Manager

Key Deliverables/ Outcomes

• Ensuring the implementation of Envision EHS guidelines at various phase of Projects Execution.

• Monitoring, updating, review and auditing of the Company EHS Systems

• Assists the Operations Department in their dealings with Clients in all issues concerned with Health, Safety and Environment at work.

• Conducts safety audits across sites.

• Takes part in accident / incident investigation and carry out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans.

• Carries out safety audits on Sub-contractors.

• Performs Risk Assessment and suggests solutions for handling EHS related issues based on own knowledge.

• Imparting training to internal and external stakeholders including sub-contractor personnel on Envision EHS practices.

• Taking care of Projects EHS documentation and sharing same within time with all the stakeholders (e.g. projects, customers, subcontractors etc)

• EHS reporting as per Envision procedure and frequency.
