EHS- Advisor Sustainability and Cycle Assessment

Blue Community is seeking an EHS-Advisor for Global Sustainability and Life Cycle Assessment in Minneapolis, MN. The role involves staying updated on sustainability regulations, educating stakeholders, assisting with sustainability certifications, and engaging with external partners on sustainable practices. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5 years of experience in life cycle assessments are required. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Job Responsibilities:
• Stay abreast of regulatory developments and market trends in sustainability.
• Educate and guide internal stakeholders on sustainability practices, certifications, and LCA methodologies.
• Assist business partners in obtaining sustainability certifications, ensuring transparency and adherence to appropriate standards.
• Engage with external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers, to promote sustainable practices along the supply chain.
• Participate in trade association committees and working groups to develop Product sustainability attributes into new product development.Qualifications:

Education:

Required:
Bachelor's Degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field.

Knowledge &

Experience:

Required: 5 years of experience performing cradle-to-gate and cradle-to-grave life cycle assessments. Strong understanding of GHG protocol. Proficient in Life Cycle Assessment software such as Sphera Life Cycle Assessment for Experts/GaBi.
