Responsibilities:
• Emphasize the importance of ensuring road safety for every driver handling tractor-trailers.
• Maintain the safety of vehicles by performing meticulous inspections before and after trips.
• Develop a strategic plan to arrange delivery routes in a way that optimizes productivity and ensures timely deliveries.
• Comply with industry guidelines for handling and packaging shipments to maintain their safety and security during transportation.
• Maintain clear and efficient communication with both dispatchers and customers at each stage of the delivery procedure.
• Maintain accurate records of both work hours and the maintenance schedule for vehicles.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and Department of Transportation rules to ensure the safety of employees and goods in transit.
• Maintaining compliance requires the immediate reporting of any vehicle issues, accidents, or infractions.

Qualifications:
• Exhibit a legitimate Class A CDL endorsement.
• Clean driving record.
• Compliance with DOT regulations through a physical examination and drug screening.
• Effective abilities in organizing time and synchronizing tasks.
• Proficient in safely transporting and lifting heavy loads.
• Experienced in providing excellent customer support, adept at fostering strong relationships with clientele.
• Ensure prompt reporting of any vehicle issues or infractions to maintain safety and regulatory adherence.
