About the Role

EcoEnclose is seeking a highly experienced Chief Marketing & Growth Officer to lead our efforts in driving enterprise sales growth through strategic marketing, partnerships, and business development.

This executive will oversee the development and optimization of top-funnel marketing and sales strategies, ensuring alignment with revenue targets, and fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and optimizing a comprehensive enterprise top-funnel sales strategy.
• Oversighting inbound and outbound demand-generation efforts.
• Leveraging data-driven insights to improve marketing and sales funnel efficiency.

Qualifications include 10+ years of leadership experience, a proven track record of executing marketing and sales strategies that drive growth, and expertise in ABM/ABX, inbound marketing, paid media, content marketing, and CRM automation.
