We are seeking a skilled Domestic Appliance Service Technician to join our team at CV Bay Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality repair and maintenance services for domestic appliances across the Midlands region.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in white goods repair, including washing machines, dishwashers, fridges, and ovens. Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills are essential, as well as excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out repairs and maintenance on domestic appliances in a timely and efficient manner.
• Diagnose and resolve faults using strong analytical skills.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in white goods repair (Bosch, Beko, Hotpoint, Whirlpool, Miele, etc.)
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Excellent customer service and communication
• Clean driving license (up to 6 points acceptable)
• R600 refrigeration experience advantageous (training available)
