Domestic Appliance Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Domestic Appliance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining gas appliances in residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install a variety of gas, electrical and domestic appliances in residential settings.
• Maintain a high level of safety awareness and adhere to industry guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries in a professional manner.
• Uphold Safe Systems of Work (SSWs) and ensure a safe working environment.
• Drive a 3.5T vehicle and physically move items weighing up to 150kg as part of a team of two.

Requirements:
• Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• To be over the age of 21 for insurance purposes.
• At least 1 year of experience within gas installations.
• Some experience of installation of electrical appliances would be ideal, but we'll train you to be electrically competent.

What We Offer:
• Salary: £18.27 per hour / £38,007.58 per annum.
• Hours: 4 on 4 off Shift Pattern working 6:00am-6:00pm (40 hours per week).
