Job Description

Cundall is seeking a Document Controller for their Manila office to ensure quality control and organization of project documentation. The role involves collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, managing records, and implementing new processes. Candidates should have experience in document control within the construction or engineering industry, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position aimed at enhancing sustainable design solutions.
Cundall are leading the way in the provision of creative, sustainable design solutions, and in order to keep up with the demands of the organisation, require an organised, collaborative, and dedicated Document Controller to assist our team of multi-disciplined engineers in our Manila office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and motivated Document Controller to join our diverse team, based in our Manila office.

You will be responsible for ensuring the quality control and organisation of all project documentation, including submitting the documents in a timely manner end ensuring compliance with project requirements.

You will also provide advice on records/documents management and develop and implement new processes.

As an integral part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work with colleagues across multiple offices and clients to ensure the smooth flow of information and documents.
• Previous experience implementing and maintaining quality/document control systems or record management, ideally on multidisciplinary, large-scale projects, preferably within the Construction, Building or Engineering industry.
• Previous change management experience and the ability to bring people along for the journey.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to carry out the processing of documentation – quality assurance.
• Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team.
• Excellent time management with the ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
• Willingness to make recommendations for procedural improvement including elevation of known inefficiencies.
• Intermediate-advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Good understanding of technical and engineering terminology
