Job Description
Enerven Energy Infrastructure Pty is hiring a Document Administration Specialist in Whyalla, SA. The role involves managing project document registers, coordinating documentation for project teams, and implementing document control systems. Candidates should have experience in project administration or document control. About the Role
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Document Administration Specialist in our Systems and Improvement team. As a key member, you will play a critical role in ensuring successful project delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
• Establish and manage project document registers and ensure accurate project numbering of documentation.
• Coordinate documentation for the project management team, site personnel, and clients (both internal and external).
• Develop, implement, and maintain document control systems and processes to ensure quality records, data, and drawings are produced and maintained.
• Provide advice, user training, and work instructions/processes to ensure high-quality records and data production.
• Maintain a project filing system in accordance with client requirements and industry standards.
• Continuously assess processes and make recommendations to improve efficiency and productivity within the team.
About You
You have experience working in a Project environment, preferably in Project Administration, Project Coordination, Quality, or Document Control functions. Familiarity with document management systems is also desirable.
