Position Overview: The Divisional Manager will lead sustainability reporting, align with industry best practices, and oversee climate change initiatives. Drive data-driven strategies to meet sustainability targets and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities:
• Advise on sustainable procurement and supply chain management.
• Assist clients in setting and achieving ambitious sustainability goals.
• Oversee the development of Modern Slavery Statements and strategies.
• Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics and KPIs.
• Lead and mentor a global team of sustainability professionals.

Skills and Knowledge:
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Knowledge of Environmental, Mining, and Water legislation.
• Proficiency in project management.
