Dispatch Coordinator

SERVPRO is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator in Minnetonka, MN, to manage incoming calls, schedule jobs, and provide customer service. We Are Looking for a Call Center Representative:
• Someone who can provide our customers with calm, clear, and concise information and who can reassure them that we can help.
• Someone who can get relevant and accurate information so that our crews can respond appropriately.

Your Day in the Life:
• In this role you will be working with our office operations sales and marketing teams handling all incoming phone calls getting relevant information and then scheduling jobs.
• You will review and maintain crew schedules follow up with customers and handle scheduling/customer service issues as they come up.
• You will need to perform detailed and accurate data entry into our job scheduling software.
• You will receive and handle incoming calls about past services follow-ups on current projects general inquiries about business and other routine communications.
• Collaborate and assist with other departments as needed throughout the day.
