DIRECTORY ENTRY: Committee on Climate Change (CCC) Job

The Committee on Climate Change (CCC) is seeking a full-time Directory Entry position to provide independent advice on emissions targets and monitor progress in reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The role involves conducting research and engaging with stakeholders across the UK to share information and gather input on climate change initiatives.
The Committee on Climate Change (CCC) is an independent body established under the Climate Change Act to advise the Government on emissions targets, and to report to Parliament on progress made in reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The CCC’s Priorities Provide independent advice to Government on setting and meeting carbon budgets and targets. Monitor progress in reducing emissions and achieving carbon budgets. Conduct independent research and analysis into climate change. Engage with representatives interested in climate change from across the UK in order to share research and information on climate change and gain input into our analysis.
