Scale Climate Solutions and Regenerative Agriculture Globally

Concord Agriculture Partners is a boutique consultancy partnering with multinational companies and agribusiness value chains to deliver climate solutions and regenerative agriculture. CAP develops inset projects that help clients achieve SBTi and broader sustainability goals across:
• Reducing emissions from enteric fermentation and manure
• Reforestation and agroforestry
• Soil health and fertilizer-related emissions reductions
• Innovative supply-chain models

Our work spans livestock, cocoa, coffee, row crops, and sugarcane supply chains.

We seek a motivated professional to lead client relationships and guide large-scale carbon and value-chain improvement projects globally.

Candidate Profile

Required Experience & Skills
• 5+ years in consulting, carbon markets, or agricultural value-chain sustainability
• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred
• Proven success working with clients in consulting or B2B environments
• Strong understanding of carbon markets, project development, and agricultural systems
• Experience in carbon project development, carbon finance, or related fields
• Familiarity with carbon standards and methodologies
• Ability to model and manage data
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience managing client relationships

• Lead development of innovative carbon-reduction and regenerative-agriculture projects
• Ensure teams deliver high-quality, on-time work for clients
