Piper Companies is seeking a Director of Sustainability to join a top engineering consulting company located in Towson, MD.

Responsibilities of the Director of Sustainability include:
• Shape the reputation of sustainability by working with leadership to coordinate and implement the company's sustainability strategy and programming.
• Lead sustainability engineering functions and operations, aligning initiatives with industry standards, regulatory frameworks, and emerging technologies.
• Implement and oversee sustainability training for new hires and existing employees, while carrying out supervisory and mentorship responsibilities.
• Stay updated on new trends and best practices in MEP sustainability, recommending innovative solutions to enhance sustainability performance and incorporating sustainable design funding and certifications.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, ensuring all activities comply with organizational policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications for the Director of Sustainability include:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in the MEP industry

Compensation for the Director of Sustainability include:
• Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 annually Depending on experience
• Full Benefits: Employer-Paid Health, Dental, and Vision, 401K, Sick Leave as required by Law
