The Opportunity
As a result of exponential growth, we are looking to hire a Director to join our Risk Modernisation team in either Sydney or Melbourne.
As a Director, you will lead teams in developing and delivering operational risk management and resilience solutions for a variety of blue-chip clients across industries. Ideally you will bring in-depth experience supporting clients with the implementation of CPS 230 across their businesses.
You will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of engagements including, onboarding teams, designing delivery and implementation strategies, managing the client relationships, monitoring profitability and budgets, and supervising/coaching the team.
You will also take a key role in business development activities to build the profile of the firm and yourself. This could include designing and running campaigns, developing client plans, conducting thought leadership, and building your internal networks to provide integrated solutions for your clients.

We are interested in hearing from you if:
• You are an experienced consultant with demonstrated capability and expertise in advising clients on operational risk and resilience within a large consulting firm. Experience working with financial services clients is essential.
• You're an experienced operational risk practitioner with in-depth experience supporting clients with the implementation of CPS 230.
• You have proven experience building a profitable and successful business through creating, fostering and developing client relationships.
• You're passionate about collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team and have experience managing multiple projects throughout their entire engagement lifecycle, including experience with proposals, pre-engagement activities, producing high quality deliverables, conducting stakeholder workshops, issuing final reports and billing.
• You're not afraid to have your own view and you approach challenging problems with both confidence and humility, while also embracing alternate viewpoints.
