Director of Urban Design & Development

Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Lead and manage urban design projects from conception through completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory requirements.
• Design Strategy: Oversee the development of comprehensive design strategies that integrate aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, planners, and engineers, to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
• Community Engagement: Engage with municipal agencies, stakeholders, and the community to ensure project support and successful implementation.
• Project Monitoring: Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations, ensuring optimal efficiency.
• Industry Trends: Stay current with trends in urban design and development, applying innovative concepts and practices.

Requirements:
• Education: Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or related field.
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in urban design and development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Leadership: Proven leadership experience in managing teams and coordinating multidisciplinary projects.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of urban planning principles, zoning regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS tools.
