Director of Sustainability and Operations

SWACO is seeking a Director of Sustainability and Operations in Columbus, OH, to oversee departments like Programs, Operations, and Compliance. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of experience in solid waste management. The position offers a salary range of $136,156 to $150,000 and is full-time.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in shaping the future of our organization by overseeing critical departments like Programs, Operations, Information Technology, Engineering, and Compliance.

You'll be a key leader, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently while prioritizing safety, environmental protection, and innovative solutions. You'll collaborate closely with other departments and foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement to maximize waste diversion and create a positive impact on our community.
