About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Director of Sales for Renewable Hybrid Energy Solutions to lead our commercial strategy and execution across the U.S. market. This leadership position is crucial in driving growth in renewable hybrid generation, grid integration, and digital energy platforms. You will own and execute the U.S. sales strategy, mentor sales teams, and drive revenue by expanding relationships with utilities, developers, EPCs, and energy-intensive customers.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior utility and energy executives, guiding discussions on grid modernization, hybrid generation, and operational resilience. You will translate customer business challenges into tailored digital energy and control system solutions. The ideal candidate has over 25 years of experience in sales or business development within the power and energy sector, including a minimum of 15 years in senior leadership roles.

We seek someone with a proven track record of successfully closing multi-million-dollar, complex energy deals, along with extensive experience in consultative selling and energy advisory for grid modernization and renewable integration. You must be adept at engaging with C-suite decision-makers, leading executive-level discussions, and supporting the sales of integrated solutions across various energy components.

This position involves managing complex RFP, RFI, and tender responses while coordinating cross-functional teams to create customer-centric proposals. As a strategic partner and thought leader in the renewable hybrid energy field, you will stay updated on industry trends and maintain executive engagement post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
