About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Construction Project Director. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our disaster recovery efforts and managing restoration projects from start to finish.
• Sales Strategy:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, adjusters, and building consultants
• Project Management:
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of restoration projects
• Ensure timely completion of projects and effective communication with clients
• Financial Management:
• Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts
• Monitor and analyze project financial performance
