Enercon Services is hiring a Director of Power Infrastructure in Kennesaw, GA. Job Summary
Enercon Services is seeking a highly skilled Director of Substation Engineering to lead our engineering team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Substation engineering, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects. They will be responsible for leading the design, analysis, and optimization of Substations, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment. They will also have excellent technical expertise, including knowledge of Substation design software and tools. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering team in designing, analyzing, and optimizing Substations.
- Manage projects from concept to commissioning, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Oversee budgets and schedules, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers across departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of Substation design software and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
