Job Description
Pattern Energy Group LP is seeking a Logistics Manager in Hopkinton, MA. The role involves leading a logistics team, ensuring compliance with safety policies, managing inventory and warehouse organization, and coordinating logistics for projects. Candidates should have 2-3 years of logistics or warehousing management experience and strong leadership skills. The position requires oversight of team activities and collaboration with other departments to maintain operational efficiency.
Overview:
The Logistics Manager (LM) is a leader and coach role for the Logistics Team performing duties to support sites, service, warehouse, and fleet needs while assigning and overseeing tasks to the Logistics Team Members (LTMs). Provide daily leadership, support and coaching to Logistics team members. Develop strong working relationships with other CSG and Solect teams. The LM is responsible for compliance with all safety policies and procedures, inventory management controls, project mobilizations, Logistics efficiency and Rental Logistics and management.
Responsibilities:
Key Functions
• Oversee the materials & equipment and rental logistics to sites, including trackers and pictures. Complete site visit checklists and pictures, pre-stage, stage, and support sites as needed in accordance to all safety policies. Support permitting process by dropping off completed applications and picking up issued permits.
• Oversee the inventory and spare parts for the Services business. Ensure spare parts inventory is sourced, tracked, and replenished to reduce down-time of solar systems in the field while reducing inventory costs.
• Responsible for overall organization, safety and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Utilize and maintain the company fleet as required, personal DOT trip logs and weekly Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR). Process weekly personnel logistics duty log, fill out inventory tracking sheets, and receive all proper signatures for receiving and delivery orders.
• Provides support for facilities maintenance; assists Facilities LTM to keep warehouse and office campus clean and safe.

• The Logistics Manager must have minimum 2-3 years experience in Logistics management or warehousing management.
• With input from procurement, project management and in-house electricians, the LM will set daily priorities, organize and communicate a daily logistics plan to the broader organization and modify team member assignments throughout the day.
• The role requires experience managing daily activities of a team of 5-8 team members.
• Responsibilities also include maintaining controls on movement of material in and out of the warehouse, leading quarterly and annual inventory counts & audits.
• This role will work closely with the finance team and the Procurement lead to plan and execute the year end inventory counts and overall safety, organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• This role is responsible for ensuring all Logistics team members are properly trained and maintain required safety and training certifications applicable to their roles.
• This role will also be a key lead in researching, planning and implementing a future Inventory Management system

The expected starting pay range for this role is $111,000 - $128,000 USD. This range is an estimate, and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels.
