Who You Are:
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant financial and managerial experience.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, QuickBooks, Service Titan, and relevant financial tools and databases.
• A higher degree (MBA or similar) or participation in the CFA program is a plus.

Compensation:
• Competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Financial Stewardship: Propel the organization forward through visionary financial planning and fiscal stewardship.
• Executive Decision Mastery: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team, providing financial counsel to inform decisions.
• Risk Management: Navigate financial risks, ensuring resilience and fortifying the financial foundation.
• Capital Optimization: Manage investments and maximize resource efficiency.
• Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including cash management, accounts receivable, invoicing, accounts payable, general ledger maintenance, fixed asset subledgers, and account reconciliations.
• Perform weekly cash flow forecasts and intercompany cash activities.
• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to the monthly close schedule in accordance with GAAP.
• Manage the intercompany reconciliation process and regulatory reporting.
• Support the annual financial audit.
• Safeguard company assets through effective internal controls.
• Lead annual strategy, budget, and forecasting processes.
• Drive automation, efficiency, and scalability initiatives.
