Director of ESG & Sustainability
We are seeking a Director of ESG & Sustainability to lead our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. This critical role involves developing and implementing robust sustainability strategies that align with company goals and provide measurable impact.
The Director of ESG & Sustainability will be responsible for:
• Establishing and Executing a Comprehensive ESG Strategy
• Monitoring and Evaluating Sustainability Impact and ESG Performance Metrics
• Engaging with Stakeholders, Including Investors, Regulatory Bodies, and Community Groups
• Leading Initiatives to Improve Corporate Social Responsibility and Enhance Sustainability Practices
• Staying Abreast of Industry Trends and Regulatory Changes Related to ESG
• Providing Guidance and Training to Teams to Integrate ESG Principles into Their Operations
Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Finance, or a Related Field
• Minimum of 8-10 Years of Experience in ESG, Sustainability, or Corporate Responsibility Roles
• Strong Understanding of ESG Frameworks, Reporting Standards, and Best Practices
• Proven Track Record in Developing and Executing Sustainability Strategies
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the Ability to Engage Diverse Stakeholders
• Analytical Mindset with Strong Problem-Solving Abilities
• Experience in Managing Cross-Functional Teams and Projects
• Passion for Sustainability and Commitment to Driving Positive Change within the Organization
