PwC India is seeking a Director of Environmental Consulting in Gurugram, Haryana. About the Team
The Environmental Consulting team at PwC India is dedicated to helping businesses seize essential advantages by stimulating innovation, unlocking data possibilities, navigating risk and regulatory complexity, optimizing deals, and aligning costs with business strategy. We work closely with clients to identify opportunities for sustainable growth and development, and our expertise spans a broad range of industries and sectors.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the collection and analysis of ESG data to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for sustainable growth and development
• Prepare reports and presentations related to sustainability initiatives
• Engage with clients to understand their sustainability goals and provide support in achieving them
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Prior experience or coursework in sustainability, ESG, or related areas
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks such as GRI, DJSI, CDP, TCFD, SASB, and SDGs. A demonstrated commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship is also essential.
