Director of Corporate Responsibility

Outrigger Hospitality Group is seeking a Director of Corporate Responsibility in Honolulu, HI. This leadership role involves managing sustainability initiatives across properties, collaborating with stakeholders, and developing strategies aligned with corporate goals. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include leading ESG discussions and publishing environmental responsibility reports.
We are seeking a Director of Corporate Responsibility to join our team at Outrigger Hospitality Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and implementing our sustainability initiatives across all relevant properties.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate governance and be able to develop and implement effective sustainability strategies. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive sustainability projects and initiatives, and provide support and services for social and governance initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing sustainability strategies aligned with industry standards and the company's global goals
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive sustainability projects and initiatives
• Preparing materials and leading discussions at regular ESG team meetings to align teams on goals and progress
• Leading the development and publication of a corporate environmental responsibility report

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate responsibility roles, preferably within Hospitality or Tourism
• Strong understanding of environmental metrics, emissions tracking, and sustainability reporting standards
