YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an experienced leader to join our Sustainability team, with a focus on the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry and circular economy across the value chain. In this role, you will harness your expertise to develop and implement sustainability strategies, roadmaps, and initiatives that promote circularity from sourcing through to final use.
• Business Development: Utilize your extensive network to initiate conversations with new clients in the CPG sector. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while assembling internal resources to drive proposals and RFP responses. Build and strengthen existing client relationships within the CPG industry.
• Project Delivery: Deliver strategic solutions and digital tools that empower CPG clients to create long-term value through sustainable practices. Manage client engagements with a focus on high-quality delivery and client satisfaction, leading diverse teams of consultants, designers, technologists, and strategists to meet project objectives.
• Expertise Building: Develop proprietary content and offerings centered around sustainability and circularity in the CPG sector. Champion innovation within Capgemini Invent to enhance our decarbonization strategies. Advocate for sustainability within the organization, ensuring it's embeded in the company culture and mentoring colleagues.

YOUR PROFILE
• Proven success in developing client relationships and identifying sales opportunities within the CPG industry.
• Experience managing client engagements and providing strategic thought leadership.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting or industry, with a specialization in sustainability and circular economy in the CPG sector.
• Hands-on experience in circular economy practices, including sustainable sourcing & procurement, supply chain transparency and traceability, circular product design, climate risk assessment, and decarbonization strategies.
