As the Director, Financial Risk Intelligence and Analytics, you'll report to the Head of Global Risk Intelligence and Technology (GRIT). Your mission? To enhance reporting and analytics supporting our global Financial Risk Management (FRM) programs, driving automation, innovation, and strategic improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the delivery of financial risk management reports for top executives and the Board.
• Oversee the automation of manual reports and processes.
• Develop GenAI practices for proactive risk intelligence.
• Drive process enhancements and support BI enablement across FRM programs.
• Provide Archer (Risk System) program support and spearhead data initiatives.
• Identify efficiencies within FRM reporting framework and processes.
Qualifications:
• Broad knowledge of financial risk management, risk governance, and model development.
• 8-15 years of experience in automation, analytics, and/or reporting, in a senior management or directorship capacity
• Familiarity with Basel III, Dodd-Frank, and governance frameworks is an asset.
• Strong background in RPA, GenAI, and analytics.
• Proficient in PowerBI, PowerPoint, Excel, Archer, and data modeling.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and collaborative skills.
• Self-starter with a knack for adapting to change and learning quickly.
