This candidate will lead a program and team that will build and scale a strategic approach to non-regulatory disclosure, including non-regulatory reporting, sustainability ratings and rankings, and externalization of the work, results and impact across the company, in partnership with critical stakeholders.

We’re looking for an excellent writer, big thinker and strong team leader, who can influence and maintain enterprise-wide strategy and execution. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, a collaborative working style, and ability to articulate the most complex technical concepts in terms that make sense to customers, key stakeholders and the public.

Key job responsibilities
• Influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to continually inspect, grow and drive impact through non-regulatory disclosures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build mechanisms for two-way communication and programmatic process improvements
• Take a customer obsessed approach to delivering important and impactful disclosures across a variety of mediums: annual reports, ratings and rankings strategy, written and visual storytelling, presentations and other forms of communication
• Develop and operationalize a program that ensures stakeholders are coordinated in their efforts to communicate Worldwide Sustainability’s most important messages

• Develop robust strategies that utilize a variety of external and internal channels
