Digital Sustainability Expert

Illuminem is seeking a Digital Sustainability Expert to enhance their social media presence and support sustainability initiatives. This role involves developing social media strategies, analyzing growth metrics, and collaborating with operations teams. Candidates should be recent graduates with a background in Media, Sustainability, or Business, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for sustainability. The position requires being co-located in Venice HQ at least 80% of the time.

What Will You Do?
- Design and Execute Illuminem's Social Media Strategy - Support the strategy development for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter and aid in the creation of engaging and relevant content
- Understand What Matters - Identify the key trends of the sector to guarantee top-notch content quality for our readers
- Contribute to Growth Management - Play an important role in analyzing and monitoring our growth metrics, ensuring we meet ambitious targets
- Facilitate Inter-team Operations - Work closely with our Operations teams, contributing to the creation of impactful illuminem Voices, illuminem Briefings, and newsletters centered around sustainability

What Are We Looking For?
- Reliability - Immediately assume key responsibilities from Day 1, evidencing your dependability and capability in essential roles
- Flexibility - Lead actions across various fronts, from daily and recurrent operations to long-term strategic projects
- Educational Qualifications - A recent graduate from Bachelor's or Master's with a Media, Sustainability, or Business background
- Sustainability Knowledge - Demonstrate a deep understanding and passion for sustainability in your professional approach
- Excellent verbal & written English skills - Clearly and concisely communicate, distilling insights from documents and discussions with proficiency
- Willingness to be co-located in our Venice HQ at least 80% of the time
- Legal Work Eligibility in Italy - Hold a valid EU Working Permit in order to proceed for this position

We offer a competitive salary of €40,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and innovative company.
