Job Description / Responsibility
We are a fast-growing sustainable energy brand dedicated to providing eco-friendly, smokeless, and fuel-efficient cooking solutions. We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who is not just a "manager" but a "performer." If you have a proven track record of scaling sales through paid media, we want you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Sales: Design and execute high-converting Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ad campaigns to drive direct sales for Smart Eco Stove.
• Multi-Channel Strategy: Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search & Display) and TikTok Ads to maintain a healthy ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
• Funnel Optimization: Build and manage marketing funnels, including retargeting strategies to convert cold leads into loyal customers.
• Content Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to ensure ad copies and visuals (Reels/Videos) are optimized for high engagement and conversion.
• Data Analysis: Monitor daily performance metrics, provide weekly reports on CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and adjust budgets based on performance.
• Market Research: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in the cooking appliance industry and competitor ad strategies.

Technical & Professional Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CMS (WordPress), and landing page optimization.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
