Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing and Brand Manager to join our team at Sturlite Eclectic Pvt Ltd in Bangalore. This full-time role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can manage our digital presence and enhance our brand image. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in SEO strategy, social media advertising, and brand development to drive our companys growth and engagement.

Strong experience in SEO strategy to improve website visibility and search engine rankings. (Mandatory skill)
Skilled in social media advertising to create, manage, and optimize campaigns across various platforms. (Mandatory skill)
Google Analytics experience to track and analyze website traffic and user behavior for data-driven decisions.
Expertise in brand development to enhance and nurture the companys image and reputation in the market. (Mandatory skill)
Adept in conducting market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities and benchmark performance.
Competence in paid advertising techniques to efficiently manage budgets and maximize ROI.
Effective marketing strategy acumen to guide campaigns from conceptualization through execution.

Roles And Responsibilities
Develop and implement cohesive digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and drive conversion.
Manage social media profiles, increase engagement, and foster relationships with an online audience.
Coordinate brand strategy initiatives that differentiate and position our products effectively in the market.
Oversee the execution of SEO strategies to enhance online presence and ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
Leverage analytics tools to measure the success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to align brand messaging across all digital and physical channels.
Stay current with digital marketing trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments.
Generate insightful reports for management on digital marketing performance and strategic recommendations.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with experience in green technology, renewable energy, or sustainability sectors.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, and social media management tools.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, PPC, and social media marketing.
Experience with website optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content and copy for digital platforms.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing decision-making.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Passion for sustainability and green technologies, with a commitment to promoting eco-friendly initiatives.

Preferred Skills
Experience with video marketing, YouTube, and multimedia content creation.
Familiarity with CRM tools
Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for creating digital assets.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,
