Job Description

Transgrid is seeking a Digital and Content Manager to drive digital communications and content strategies for internal and external audiences. The role involves overseeing content creation, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives, and engaging key audiences. Candidates should have experience in digital communications, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical abilities. The position is based in Sydney, NSW, Australia, and is full-time.

In the newly created position of Digital and Content Content Manager, you will be a key member of a newly formed team dedicated to driving digital communications and engaging, strategically aligned content strategies for both internal and external audiences, overseeing content creation across multiple channels, and ensuring engagement and strategic alignment with overall business objects in digital channels for the Transgrid and Lumea brands.

You will blend storytelling and creativity to optimise content performance, furthering the Group’s strategic outcomes. You will be across industry trends to incorporate innovative ideas into content creation for both B2B, community and internal purposes. Managing the content creation process, using a mix of internal and external resources, you will ensure Transgrid’s brand voice, cost efficiencies and reputation is effectively managed and that the key audiences of Transgrid and Lumea are engaged and at the heart of our digital story telling.

About You
• Demonstrated experience in digital communications, marketing, social media or related field.
• High level written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills to inform, influence, persuade and motivate
• Ability to liaise, consult, negotiate and network with senior managers
• Ability to successfully meet competing deadlines, influence outcomes to accomplish organisational objectives and effectively manage project teams to meet timelines and outcomes
• Strong analytical skills to assess the impact of issues and provide relevant input in analysis of business needs
