What We're Looking For

We are seeking a skilled Land Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing land development projects from concept to completion. Your expertise in stormwater management, erosion control, grading, and drainage will be essential in ensuring the success of these projects.
Responsibilities and Requirements

Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing project timelines and budgets;
• Coordinating with clients and stakeholders;
• Leading site development teams;
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering;
• 5-10+ years of experience in land development/site development;
• A PE license in your home state (EIT encouraged to apply);
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD.
